If you're like me you need all the help you can get with your basic day structure. I tailor-made this tool for myself to eliminate specific pain points I ran into. Everybody has different needs but maybe this will work for you too.

This tool is designed to remember routines. For non-regular items I use a separate diary.

Usage

• New tracker, save as - save the database file.
• Create task / tracker categories.
• Create tasks in these categories.
• Map out your ideal week.
• Create charts to monitor categories.
• Tick the next task - select from "failure", "success", and "not applicable today"
• If your day isn't finished past midnight, use the "it's still yesterday" checkbox

Design Ideas

• checklists - used by professionals everywhere so nothing gets forgotten
• clear visual feedback - neurodivergents often need more clarity in what they're looking at - spend less energy on going through the to-do list and more on getting things done
• per task result tracking - awareness is the first step to control
• category tracking - categories like self care and bad habits might help identify inter-dependencies
• gamification - point awards for completion may help you trick your brain into doing the thing
• next anniversary tracking - I personally didn't sign up for keeping track with people's birthdays - this will do it for you
